How far along: 20 weeks! Already half way through this pregnancy! It's true what they say, the second one seems to go by much faster. Probably because you are busy chasing your other kiddo around! And Evelyn is such a busy girl!
Total weight gain: about 15lbs!
Maternity clothes: Yes! I have been in maternity clothes for awhile now. My tummy started popping out so much earlier this pregnancy!
Stretch marks: nope! Hopefully genetics play in my favor but I am also using essential oils with my lotion to help prevent.
Sleep: Sleep is still good. Though my dreams have been crazy weird and wake me up in the night.
Best moment of this week: Getting to see our baby girl! David lost his job on Friday so I was worried we would have to cancel our anatomy scan ultrasound appointment on monday until we can figure out our insurance situation. But luckily we are still covered until the end of the month so that gives us a little time to figure things out!
Movement: Yes! We found out the placenta is in front just like it was with evelyn so sometimes it makes it hard to notice the movements. But when I do feel her, it always makes me smile!
Food cravings: I think the thing I could have every single day is avocado toast. Whole grain toast, cottage cheese, avocado with salt and pepper. sooooo good!
Anything making you queasy or sick: strong smells
Have you started to show yet: oh ya. getting large and in charge already!
Gender: GIRL!!! We are so excited to have another girl! We want to name her Olivia. It could change but that name has already stuck! And call her "Livy or Liv" since you call evelyn "Evy or Ev" I think that sounds so cute together!
Labor signs: nope
Belly button in or out: In. But gettin real tight already
Wedding rings on or off: On.
Happy or moody most of the time: Exercise has been helping my moods so much! I am really trying to have an active pregnancy this time around and I can really tell that it helps my moods. We have had a lot of stress and change lately especially with David losing his job, but I still feel happy and grateful.
Looking forward to: Having two girls! And for the day that they can play together. Such a special relationship. I am also looking forward to finding a new job and figuring out our insurance situation!
