Getting the best nutrition for you and your baby

During pregnancy, good nutrition is important for the health of mother and baby. If you are anything like me, then the first trimester was super rough! I wanted to eat good but I felt so sick all the time. How was I suppose to make sure that I was getting the proper nutrition and that my growing baby was too?
